If there is such thing as a mid-season statement game, I hope this is it for Boston.

Wolves are playing the Magic tonight and are traveling from Orlando to Boston after. Home streak still alive. Hope Tatum's good to go.

Tatum back. One of Porzingis/Horford is playing, hopefully it's Porzingis.

Agreed. Matchup wise Horford/Giannis and Porzingis/Gobert makes the most sense.

Wolves up big vs. Magic after one. Might be a quick night for their starters if ORL don't make a game out of this.

Kind of annoying that these games aren't all hands on deck - Horford plays just one, fine I guess (save him for MIL), but we have two of the best teams back-to-back, why does it seem like Jrue and KP are not going to play both? You hamstring the team significantly by doing this - already cost them a win vs. the Pacers by doing it with Tatum.

Hope I'm wrong but 70-80% of full strength could easily result in two losses

I am only guessing but is it possible that Jrue and KP having lingering issues that are worse than we realize??

Damn, Minnesota is the team that worries me the most,
and thanks to the NBA for looking with favor on all high draft picks they rewarded them with,
but Edwards gives them a killer instinct, they finally figured out they are good rather goofballs,
and their size is really bothersome to the Celts.
And unlike all those players over the Summer who didn't grow despite multiple proclamations of height gain on Twitter,
McDaniels actually did and now they have another defensive behemoth like Gobert.

But, the Celtics will win this one, they are still the better team, and trying to establish a new home winning record,
and Tatum will react well as will Porzingis... and Brown seems fired up these days.

Wolves is a great regular season team.

But they will most likely get beat by the Nugs or Clips in May.

We're winning for sure. Or we'll lose.

Either way, I'll be here and ready to argue.

Man I just hope there's a way Minnesota can actually make the flight.... Seems like this storm is as bad as it can get..

What is the forecast like for this storm? I know the Wolves are planning on flying up tomorrow, but is that doable?

No one has won the season series against us yet this season. Wolves have a chance to be the first.

I don’t like our chances if both horf and zinger are out. Not unless Tatum and the other guys goes nuclear on 3.
Though i’d like to be full force against the bucks. We won’t meet the wolves in the playoffs.

Doesn't make sense to sit both KP and Al at home.

I prefer the Cs keep the win streak at home alive.

If they don't, then this game will count double or triple in the Finals home court seeding.

If the Wolves don't win the West, then this will turn out to have been just another game.

Their plane isn't expected to arrive until 6 hours and change before tipoff. Wild.
