Expected result against a glorified G-League team. Went with KP.

Useless Stat Alert: It's the first time since 1982-83 that the Celtics doubled up their opponent in rebounds and tripled up their opponent in free throws made in the same game.

Looks like the Cs adapted pretty well to the choices the defense gave them.

Too bad we won't be able to do this in the playoffs... :eyebrows:

Great February for the Cs as the Cs only lost 1 game the entire month of February.

Now that's an efficient shooting game.

I kept saying it last season, just give Joe a big man who can score inside and we'll know for sure if Mazzulla-ball is just about 3-pointers.

We got our answer this season.

Why wont Joe play Tillman? Only 24 games left to get him incorporated. Mesnwhile Stevens is balling for the Grizz. If we’re mot going to play him then why did we trade for him?

Erm. I just read this in the Sixers game thread...

"Honestly, we seem to be the Celtics' kryptonite, which is something I noticed while doing my research before this game. I'm eager to see how the Celtics counter us."

he's playoff insurance for KP and/or Al
he's coming off an injury and learning the ropes of a new team
that team is on a season-best 9 game win streak, with a challenging stretch of games coming up
I expect to see some Tillman a) on back-to-backs when we sit KP and Al and b) in late March/early April when I expect they'll be resting guys more prior to the playoffs and the competition gets truly easy at points.

Gotta keep the winning streak alive

I do expect him to play more just to get into form after the Celtics play the suns on the road which is where the schedule gets easy the rest of the way.

You made a redundant statement here.
The Celtics season and the fate of humankind are the same damn thing.

They're our kryptonite, but only if we're green lantern rather than superman.

The amount of **** he copped in the game thread given the game he had goes to show JB’s flaws and mistakes get focused on a lot more than others.

He made some mistakes but overall he played a very efficient game.

Jaylen Brown is a top 15-20 player.

The Celtics are 45-12.

Everyone get a life.
