OT - SACRIFICE

It just so happens I will be in Boston for the annual meeting of the Endocrine Society beginning this Wed 5/29.
The only way I get to go to the Garden to see a PO game in person is if they lose on Mon.
As much as I want to go, I want a sweep MORE - & then a 10 day rest to totally heal Zinger before we play the Mavs or the Wolves.

Unfortunately, I must return home on Tues 6/4 because of a very significant family crisis.
Otherwise, I would extend my Boston visit through Mon 6/10 & go to both Game 1 & Game 2 of the Finals.

And so it goes….

Happy as a clam not to have the opportunity to go to a G5 in person!

lol I figured this was a Memorial Day thread.
Thanks to all those who have given all for their sacrifices.
Thanks to the Cs for not giving a **** about ex's situation.
Sorry to hear about your family crisis though. Best of luck/best wishes.

Prayers for your family, Doc. Do you think the Celtics can get past Luka and win it? I don’t say this lightly - he might be the greatest offensive player I have ever seen. With that said, I believe the Celtics have the team to take him down. I think if Dallas can complete the sweep tonight that is actually HORRIBLE for the Mavs. Luka cannot have 8 days off. He will be sitting around eating 10k calories per day and playing video games and will show up to the finals 15lbs overweight. The man is amazing but he needs to be playing basketball.

Thanks for the good wishes.
My family & I need them.

As I originally posted, I too wanted the Cs to finish them off, silly.
A truly non-existent & meaningless sacrifice compared to what our courageous & selfless men & women gave to protect the greatest country in the history of the planet since 1776.

Long time, GM. Hope you & yours are well & happy.
And I sincerely thank u for your prayers.
Very kind of you.

I think & hope we can.
JB is gradually becoming the real deal right in front of us.
My only concerns are 1) we will need Zinger back 90% to win; 2) the beyond ultra-talented JT needs more Truth, Ticket & mean DAWG in his head on the court - especially during money time.

And Luka will turn into a balloon when he stops playing.
And we MUST CRUSH NOTHER **** Kyrie.
