Losing to GS is 3rd worst for me behind only LAL/Lebron or Miami.

Tatum needs to be just as good vs GS as he has been in most games this season.

Melton is OUT for the Warriors.
Brown, Porzingis, Scheierman, Davison, Peterson, Watson all OUT for the Celtics. The last 4 on G-League assignment.

Just win. Whatever it takes (don't get injured).

Celtics only have 11 guys for the game, one short than what Kerr is willing to use in non-Olympics setting. The boss move would be to bench Tatum and still beat the Warriors lol.

White | Holiday | Hauser | Horford | Queta
Pritchard | Springer | Walsh | Tillman | Kornet

We'll see what Joe does, but not sure this will be a Queta game (at least starting). He's still out of position a lot and GS run a very smart offense.

Yep, agreed.

I meant this will be our starting five: White | Springer | Walsh | Hauser | Holiday

Anytime a Stupid Twat like Steve Kerr can have his world shattered right before playing the Celtics and be consigned

Have no business losing to this team already. Their championship window is closed.

No JB, no KP, we could lose and it wouldn't mean our championship window is the one closed for a loss in early November. That being said I hope we beat their asses and JT scores 146.

I know you're probably joking (since Springer hasn't been used at all by Joe in meaningful mins yet) but with the warriors style of play, the way they spread the floor, shoot lots of 3's and play fast..and with Steph back in the lineup, this would be a good game to at least kick the tires on Springer and give him a chance in there.

Warriors and Pacers are probably the 2 teams in the league who are the best teams to use Springer since they play fast, have star guards who are tricky to defend, have lots of guard/wing scoring weapons, etc.

I would add OKC on your short list too.

Springer can almost literally fill Brissett's offensive role. He won't reach Brissett level rebounding, but it wouldn't shock me if he got a 6.0 RPG per 36. If they play him with threats and, as you allude, play offensive sets with a good deal of movement, he can contribute and help gain you possessions on both ends of the court.

I understand the move to Walsh, so far. But I want to see Springer get a 2-3 game run at some point.

Just looked at the starters for GSW in their previous game.

I think Joe goes with the double big again.

But it would be nice if Walsh gets to be a starter to boost his confidence.

I am just sick of losing to that team. That finals makes me vomit because Tatum did not show up.

He's receiving regular playing time and Mazzulla has mind melded with him... I think that's enough of a confidence boost.

I say Tatum Takes no less than 10 3 point attempts... I just hope it's not the lazy step back variety.. And I feel, Hauser has to have a really big game So golden state doesn't load up on tatum..of course PP as well.
