Celtics need to avenge the 37-pt win last night. Gotta win by 50+ this time around.

Porziņģis and Holiday are both QUESTIONABLE for this game, per Celtics PR. Anton Watson, Davison, and Scheierman are OUT.
Toppin is listed as QUESTIONABLE for the Pacers. Looks like they're getting Andrew Nembhard back. Wiseman, Nesmith, and Isaiah Jackson remain OUT.

Seven players currently have 100+ made threes and 100+ assists in the season. Three of them are Celtics. One of them isn't even Lonnie Walker.

The Celtics won one game after losing two in a row. I think we're finally trending in the right direction! Go Cs!

Peterson must be with the Boston club, today.
He's not on the Maine Roster, and not on the Injury List.

If Holiday and Nembhard both play (and Porzingis sits), reminder that these two teams have the best 5-man lineups with at least 250 possessions together...
Side note: Not gonna happen, but I'd prefer Porzingis coming off the bench until he's fully back in shape and they insist on playing him. He looks slow and hesistant. Like he knows his ankles can go out on him anytime. Or at least scheme that he doesn't have to "contest" shooters up top. He's hurt more than helped our starting five.
EDIT: Porzingis is indeed ruled OUT for the game.

By my predictions if they keep winning one game after losing two, they will still make the playoffs…

At this point, injured KP just stays way out and launches far too much IMO. Also think Al doesn't need or demand the ball. When KP plays I feel and have always felt, that it is very hard to get all of our starters the ball enough to get the team going. Sort of addition by subtraction.

Tough ish. Holiday, Porzingis, and Toppin are all ruled OUT.

via Boston Celtics:
Joe Mazzulla says Jordan Walsh is earning the respect of everyone around him through his attitude and work ethic. He also said Walsh has given the Celtics some great defensive possessions this season, and his shot is improving.

Celtics have so far been better this season with either Holiday or Porzingis off the floor. Let them rest and heal.
Just need Joe to trust some of his bench guys and use them appropriately. Guys like Walsh, Queta, Peterson, Springer, and Tillman can help for a few minutes.

Lowkey I had been hoping for a Walsh start instead of Hauser.

I think that would have been better. I don't think that Hauser is ready to be back.
Walsh for the Start; Peterson off the Bench.

Whether san Hauser is ready or not injured or not , the benefit of starting waltz would have been a major confidence boostbfir him. As far as i'm concerned it wouldn't have mattered if he made his one shot or not. Growing young players.Confidence is part of developing. College or the NBA.There are some coaches who are just so much better at doing that. While other coaches just play it safe
