Rockets were +9 or so if we exclude Sengun minutes and garbage time.

Is there any serious VC candidate except the 4 +/- leaders -- White, Luke, Pritchard, and Jrue?

(Next highest are Tatum and Porzingis.)

Yet another great title..

Kornet clearly deserves player of the game

He single handidly locked up western all star center. While rebonding like dennis rodman..

There you go, am I doing this right??

DWhite deserves a puff, ditto Jrue and PP

We won the big one everybody!!! White and Korny did their thing. Pistol P said, “how you like those apples ime?!!” Pretty much everyone else had a good game!

B2b wins in Minnesota and Houston without Jaylen and Porzi/Horford is impressive. Played well both games too

I haven't watched this one yet... Should I fast-forward through the 3rd quarter?

Favorite win of the year - team played awesome on a B2B on the road vs. the #2 seed in the west

I said it pre-game and it came true, Houston just doesn't have nearly enough offense to compete with us. That said I like Sengun's game a lot and Green seems like he could be a 3rd option or so on a winning team. They really need that #1 guy though, Jimmy would be interesting but doesn't really solve their lack of 3P shooting

We should play Peterson more, he's a smart player, nice shot, and seems to fit Hauser-like when he's on the floor. We need to develop more wings and I like his game more than Springer.

No, it was a full dominating performance after the first 5 minutes or so. We had a couple lapses after but pretty much a full on butt kicking. D was the 3rd, so watch it for that, lol @ the offense.

Didn't look like the Payton Pritchard and Luke Kornet show, but it was. Hauser and Queta were almost non-factors, but the rest of the guys really shared the rock and shot like Curry. I cringed on a few short Kornet misses and Zinger misses but Kornet's 10 Rebounds in 24 minutes were pivotal, despite all the times he couldn't grab the ball for more. Solid win by 23 with the end of bench in for the finish. White and Holiday had Big games relative to the number of shots they took. Holiday's was killer.

An Alternative Perspective:

Pts. + Rebounds + (0.5 x Assists) + Steals + (0.5 x Blocks) - Missed Field Goals - (0.5 x Missed Free Throws) - Turnovers - (0.5 x Fouls)

+23 Payton Pritchard 32 minutes

+17 Derrick White 35 minutes
+16 Luke Kornet 24 minutes
+15 Jrue Holiday 28 minutes
+14 Jayson Tatum 33 minutes
+10 Kristaps Porzingis 28 minutes
+6.5 Drew Peterson 5 minutes

+3 Sam Hauser 19 minutes
+3 Neemias Queta 20 minutes
+2 Jaden Springer 4 minutes
+0.5 Xavier Tillman 5 minutes

-2 Jordan Walsh 9 minutes

Team Total = 108

Not for me to say if you’re doing it right, but maybe there’s a middle ground where he’s a valuable rotation player?

Good win. Loved to see it. Amazing how our defense is suddenly better with Holiday and Porzingis back! No complaints about effort or coaching now ;)

Get greedy and get the next one. OKC is the big test!

GREAT WIN! One of the best of the season!

On the downside, Hauser looks to be struggling again and with JB out tonight, Jordan Walsh didn’t really step up. Not sure if Peterson can be ready but probably time to trade Springer for a wing or guard who can play.

Peterson did look smooth and I like it, but my friend, why would anyone trade a wing or guard who can play for Jaden Springer?

lol, well we’d have to entice them like with a second round pick or one of those high end gluten-free blueberry cheesecakes, lol

“Team” wins are some of the best wins

I went White and Luke for their +\- dominance and because without JB or Al and with KP a bit limited it’s a great time for them to play well.

Cheesecake is an YES lemme send you my home address. But if food doesn’t do it, under the new CBA rules can the Cs attach a pick to Springer in a trade this season?

Another grate thread title

White, PP, Kornet, Jrue - great game. JT did enough damage
KP needs more reps and maybe consider playing in military boots to prevent the ankle from rolling again. It's not like he is a high flier

Peterson needs to play more IMO. He is a high IQ player that does the little things good. Great pass to Queta for the dunk
I like his movement and that he isn't afraid to dribble and create off of it. Maybe even to cut the double big lineups time (although these lineups are working, so who am I to suggest these things)
