There's no drama left in the regular season.

Let's cut right to the playoffs.

Cs are on a good trajectory, but gotta play it out -- this game is a significant one for strengthening their grasp on the 2nd seed, and they often don't thrive with 1pm starts, so I want them to show up and show out!

Oh yeah, for sure. But even with the third seed, I'd pick us to get to the finals.

Knicks have more to prove than the Celtics do, given prior meetings plus their Cavs beatdown. And it's a Sunday afternoon game.

Let's see if the guys can play with the required energy and focus even so.

Can’t wait for 48 minutes of hearing KAT yell “ohhh my gawwwddd” every time he misses a shot and thinks he was fouled. It’s barely ahead of watching Brunson take 97 free throws.

Since the Melo-led Knicks beat KG/PP and co. in the 2013 playoffs...

Knicks win percentage: 42.5% (28th in NBA)
Celtics win percentage: 60.3% (3rd in NBA)

The Celtics have won more playoff series (16) than the Knicks have won playoff games (14) in that span. The last time the Knicks made the conference finals, Scheierman and Walsh weren't born yet.

Celtics have beaten the Knicks by an average of 25 ppg this season. Knicks don't defend. Celtics can sleepwalk to a double digit win. Celtics are focused now so this one could be ugly for the Knicks.

Celtics don't necessarily sleepwalk to a double-digit win against teams a lot worse than NYC.

That theory has in fact been tested.

As mentioned above, Tillman is OUT and Queta is QUESTIONABLE. Which means more Kornet for you! Hopefully, more Scorey Torrey too.

Not that it matters much but losing the last two matchups vs. Knicks could potentially slide us down to 3rd seed in case of a tie with them in the standings. They're currently just 3 games back of us. A win here would clinch the tiebreaker.

EDIT: Anunoby and Hart are QUESTIONABLE. Mitchell Robinson still OUT. Maine Sons also OUT.

Beat them down.
Good assessment:
