My guy Toumani Camara is averaging more minutes per game than 2 lottery players for Portland. Scoot Henderson and ultra-athletic S Sharpe. He is also out playing the huge contracts of J Grant and D Ayton. Late 2nd RD pick. It's not always the case, but in this one, Very Hungry hard worker > high level talents. Would he be good for Boston? ABSOLUTELY. Would he have been given a chance for Boston?? NO. Two different teams with 2 totally different scenarios. I get it. But point is Camara never played in the G-League but was able to blossom and develop with actual PT on the NBA level. Same as GG Jackson (one time youngest NBA player) and Jaylen Wells (current Rookie).. 2 more 2nd RD picks who really stood out with getting good opportunity. and NO G League experience.
I guess my point is one of J Walsh/Scheierman/Peterson could have/should have been thrown into the fire at the beginning of the season, as a 9th/10thg man. It might have paid huge dividends by now. JD Davidson is MVP level of the G League with ZERO NBA experience basically despite 3 years of G league. You can not replicate NBA experience. You can only experience it.

Dunno if it carries over to our game, but Blazers were out key players in their win vs. Philly tonight — Ayton, Timelord, Grant, Minaya, and Thybulle.

Blazers are hot!!!! Dudes don’t know how to tank. A lot of my college buddies are Blazers fans, they are giving up on the Lag for Flagg. I hope Karma helps them in the lotto.

I see Detroit Pistons similarities minus the All-Star level talent - Cade Cuningham.

Everyone above is OUT except for Grant who is now QUESTIONABLE.
Our starting five + 6th man all land on the injury report. Jays are QUESTIONABLE. Holiday and KP are DOUBTFUL. White and Pritchard are PROBABLE.

100% KP made mistake by playing against Detroit because he was sick game before and body just crashed out.
Good thing hes back at training.

Wow didn't realize Toumani Camara was WC defensive player of the month. That alone will increase his reputation and should get him a reasonably sized 2nd NBA contract. TC's playing center in HS never allowed him to show his perimeter defensive versatility.
Funny thing though I never even heard about DP of the month award before. Is this a new award? and how come Kornet hasn't won one yet? that's for you ConstableGeneva

A young athletic team and the Celtics -9.5 are at home. I'll take a 4 point win and run.

You can’t count on porzingis. These stuff might catch up to this team.

No Tatum decreases my interest quite significantly

Wait JT has an impingement now? A couple months ago I was looking up what an impingement even is when Sam had one. Then Jrue got one, and now Tatum. I don't think they're supposed to be contagious lol.

Does Softzingis have the black death or something? This guy should live in a bubble when he's not on the court

Celtics are 44-10 without him since last season and 63-26 with in the two regular seasons. That's more than a trend, and supports the ideas many have picked up on this season. I like our chances as long as Jrue is healthy to bring his brand of physical playoff ball.

Likely nothing serious. They just have to designate an injury. Post-birthday break for the MVP. If this was Charlotte on Monday night on league pass, he'd definitely suit up.
