feels like the last couple of years we've often blown teams out in G1 of these series, then have to protect against a letdown in G2.
Not the case this time -- and then the Nets went and played last night.

Only game between last Saturday and this Friday, so it looks like it'll be more of a full dress rehearsal (less one or both Jays) than you'd expect if the schedule were more condensed. KP might also feel like he owes the home crowd a decent performance?

Some people are concerned about JB’s 65-game eligibility (can’t miss more than 4 games after tonight) when they should be more concerned about getting him in tiptop shape for the postseason. He’s not winning any awards this season either way imo.

He'd better not win any awards anyway; I like the chip on his shoulder mentality, especially with Jaylen.

Yeah for sure All I need is for him or one of his teammates to win the Finals MVP.
I guess he could have an outside shot at all NBA 3rd team. I think all Defense is a stretch.

A win here would get the Cs to 50 wins, their 4th consecutive such season. That would match the 4 straight by PP/KG era from 2007-2011. Bird and Russell eras of course each had 9 consecutive 50-win seasons. (It's really equivalent to 11 straight for the Russell Celtics but his first two seasons only had 72 games.)
