We all love Al, but the Dominicans have a whole other level of love for Al.

As a United States dweller I love my Celtics players a whole lot, but yeah, it's a different level of relationship with players/fans from smaller countries. These guys are legit heroes and sources of national pride. (Which makes it pretty frustrating to discuss players like Doncic etc with their countrymen/superfans, but that's a different topic.)

Anyway... Super happy for Al. He deserves all the love.

Ehhh I think he’s a lock regardless. His legacy is mostly tied to the Celtics and he’s a future hall of famer.
