All three of Tatum, White and Pritchard are about to surpass the team single-season three point record, currently held by Isaiah Thomas. Who will be on top at the end?

Only two players (Jayson Tatum in 2023 and Isaiah Thomas in 2017) have ever made more than 230 3's in a single Celtics season.

By the time Sunday's game in Portland is over, that number could easily be five.

I'd guess Pritchard. The bench will play a lot, and Tatum will sit some games.

(he just needs to average a bit over 22 made 3s per game)

I'll make an oddball prediction: three-way tie at 258, and Drew Carter absolutely loses his mind for a week straight leading up to it, then absolutely loses his **** during the last game of the season and they have to carry him out on a stretcher

Probably Pritchard with Tatum on the shelf for a few games and White only cares about winning. He would be the one assisting on the record breaker.

It’s absurd that at minimum end this season with 3 players in the top 5 for the season record if not all 3 in the top 3.

Certainly illustrate 3’s being spammed but whatever f it

If Tatum gets back out there (healthy, of course), then they might all make it.

I’m going with Pritch wins it all, closing out the season with two hornet games, no reason to be playing Tatum in either.

Wait, never mind, I have a gambling spirit and it’s exactly why I don’t do it! I’m still sick I lost on a guy that wasn’t NBA material, that Brad figured out right away, just like Anton… surprised 31 (IIRC) hasn’t been laughing at me about it. :lol:

I've gotten the impression that this 3pt race is making Pritchard force shots and kinda suck for a minute now. At least it's just a regular season thing and should come to a conclusion soon.

I need Tatum to get into 3rd spot. It would be pretty neat to have 3 guys from the same team from the same season all be atop a list like this.

Jayson Tatum became the 3rd to pass Isaiah Thomas' 8-year old franchise record for 3's in a season.

3 games left, it looks like D-White has it salted away.

(But back-to-back, final week games = Pritching Hour.)
