Celts Enjoy Playoff Hors D'oeuvres, They're Magically Delicious! R1/G1 Victory Cigar vs ORL 4/20 (BOS leads 1-0)

Hey sweet you guys we whooped that Magic butt in the 2nd half and won the big playoff game woohoo!

Derrick White and Payton Pritchard! Whole team did their thing, but those two were on fire and the big stars of putting the ball in the basket today.

Plus Jrue made some huge plays on both ends, JB and his knee looked good, JT made an impact despite a poor shooting game (hopefully his wrist is ok), Al and KP did Al and KP stuff, and we won yay!

That was more stressful than I wanted it to be at halftime haha, but in the end it went pretty much as expected. Magic defense is really good and they are scrappy on the boards, but the C's just have too many weapons and Orlando can't hang offensively for 48 minutes. The refs were on crack but whatever I guess. 1 down 15 to go!

Game 2 Wednesday, Go C's!

The Magic aren't even in the same galaxy as the C's but are scrappy as hell. Forgettable games by JT, JB and KP. Fortunately White and Pritchard didn't take the day off.

Got the W tonight, need 3 more. Let's go!

Romeo Langford + 2nd round pick for the VC
156-1 Celtics are frauds when pressure is put on them. They would have been toast if Luka was not stupid enough to foul himself out. Enjoy this ONE finals win. There will never be another with the Js and the Celtics cant afford stacked team.
The Derrick White/Jrue Holiday/Payton Pritchard guard rotation is a thing of beauty.

1 down, 15 to go.

Voted for my White PP :o

But Jrue made huge plays that we needed as well.

Tatum, KP and ball movement need to improve.
2 things need to go.. my lack of spell check and Joe..

O was straight ass outside DWhite and Jrue.
Again missing easy shot.KP pretty much shot at basket like 5 times and other times lob pass was bad or JT simply drops ball into his hands on last sec for no reason.
Game to forget.
Lets pray everyone is good to go in 3 days.
It would be nice if refs would call both sides of the court similar

The Derrick White trade is still a disaster. BostonCouchGM’s burner accounts silent for one night.

Not gonna overreact to 1 game obviously. That being said, I don't see us losing a single game this entire run.

This is going to be a bang up series, if we survive, no one else will rough us up like this. OKC can put clamps on but in a respectfully amazing way, not try and kill you. We just need to get through this series and be tougher for it!! LET’S GO!!

Derrick and Payton brought them the business tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Magic take physicality to the point of non-basketball plays
I don't agree with trae young that often, but Trae had it right
Orlando do a lot of extracurriculars that isn't basketball necessity
shame, lets sweep these bozos

Derrick White on both ends.

Really made Banchero and Wagner think twice about putting the ball on the floor when they regularly had position around the paint.

Liked Jaylen's activity albeit a bit hesitant with the knee, also hoping the decisive and fired up Jayson we all love makes an appearance this series.

Porzingis had 4 steals, 3 offensive rebounds, and the second-highest +/- on the team.

Ignoring the 2nd quarter, we gave up only 55 points, Magic would have been on pace to score less than 75. Their guards shot a combined 5-20 and their starting frontcourt, including Wagner, turned the ball over 12 times (versus 9 turnovers for our entire team).

White & Pritch hit so many timely shots in addition to doing little things, I gave a vote to Tatum anyways. For all the hate he'll get in this thread, he was the game's leading rebounder, nearly our leading assist man as well.
