Jaylen Brown credited the coaching staff's educational emphasis for the team's improvement.

"We call it — well, me and Joe call it Celtic University, where it's like you're in class and you've got to pay attention," Brown said. "We look at how to approach each and every game from a strategy, tactics standpoint."

I don't know how to react to this.

Been a Celtic fan for over 30 years and this is the first time I encountered something like this from the Celtics.

This is high level innovation from Joe.

Maybe this is our version of "Heat Culture"?

I love it. This is the stupid heat culture in action.

TBH, it is a management system and coaching system that allows the team to perform.

The culture thing for the heat is actually just this, pre game prep, analysis, maximizing the talent you bring to the table and making your weaknesses less weak (sometimes more important than excellence).

I bet Simons is not whining about role. We are winning.

He's gotta have a good agent with that contract--and that good agent is probably coaching him to stay "happy".

Jordan Walsh goes top 10 in a 2023 redraft.

I think Hauser is a good student, but he's been given a body with below average athleticism.
