Celtics @ Sonics (Dec. 27)

Post#1 » by SuperDeluxe » Fri Jan 4, 2008 6:46 am

After almost 17 years of being a faithful fan, on Dec. 27 I saw the Celtics live for the first time. The victim was Seattle, in their own building. The Key Arena is a very nice little place to watch basketball, and the Sonics fans are a very friendly crowd (it's very unfortunate and unfair that the team is leaving town

Thanks a lot SD, you made my wireless internet die for like 5 minutes. I'll check it out on the desktop in the morning, these are always fun.

SD, big ups on the pics!

Awesome shots!

Here's hoping the Sonics stay in Seattle. When I was a kid, they were my favorites after the C's - and I'm not talking GP and Kemp, I'm talking Dale Ellis, Tom Chambers and the X-man. After Bird, Ellis was the best shooter of that era IMO (before Reggie Miller, and then Ray Allen...)

nice work.

I know how you feel with the distance thing, I'm over 20 years as a fan without seeing a live Celtics game.
