With the big 3 united and Big Baby back in the lineup this should be a win.

I really didn't think Ray Allen made that big of a difference until I saw the Bobcat game. Even though he is not shooting his best, he helps spread the floor being an offensive threat!

ray should sit this one out. A pinched nerve is pretty serious. Also he wasn't the difference between us winning in losing against the bobcats.
That would be our transition D. Mike tomase said it best today in the herald if play the same D then against J Kidd he will pick us apart. We will lose if that happens.
Celt's play better D and win by 10.

Guys will definitely be motivated after poor performance against the bobcats, so this will be a totally different game.
Kidd is a tough match-up for Rondo, so we might see more Tony at point. We need to play our defence if we do that we will win!

I think the Celts will come out roaring tonight but that won't make it easy, New Jersey has been playing pretty well lately. Unusual to have a Friday East Coast Road Game, only one of the season, I think. This is will be 3 in four nights, hopefully a big 2nd half lead will let Doc rest some guys with the back to back in Washingon.

Curious to see how Sean Williams does the second time around against this team. Let's hope Rondo can put together two good halves for a change.

Its funny. We got rocked by the Bobcats at home, but we'll probably win this one by double digits. Celtics will/better come out with fire.

Pierce has to let 'em know tonight, and that doesn't mean taking 9 3-pointers. He's the team's heavy lifter.

I want my Baby back. Should be a fun game. We have to be careful for Sean Williams tonight. He had a good game last time we played them.

Nets are 8-2 in there last ten games, so it shouldnt be a cake walk. Nets seem to be a better team with Williams and Boone starting.
I feel after Detriot, the C's didnt get up for the Bobcats. A hot opponent may get the fire back.

I had no problem with him taking all of those 3s. Most, if not all, were open looks. As good a shooter as he is you can't pass up those open looks. They just werent going down.

My problem is, yes, they were open looks, but Eddie House and James Posey are equally effective in draining 3 point shots. And they were readily available to them as well. Meanwhile, Pierce is one of the few players on the team who drives to the hole. Displaying an unwillingness to do so left the offense dependant on the lowest success probability shots (albeit "open") and did not force the Charlotte defense to move. Drive and kick generally opens more outside looks than moving the ball along the perimeter, not to mention the type of drop off passes that Paul was able to facilitate in the Detroit game to Davis.

Thats the annoying thing about college sports. I love Boston College football and basketball and whenever a guy gets drafted to another team i still root for them. I just cant help it.
