ray allen is not that good

Post#1 » by celticsboy34 » Tue Jan 15, 2008 3:16 am

i been wanting to write this since 4 days ago but i was waiting a little bit to see what would happen in the next few days.... but come on guys lets face it ... ray allen is not even close to the ray allen from before and there are no excuses about injuries or anything.

he cant even make a wide open three pointer or a layup, ill say give him like 4 more games and if he doesnt step it up i wouldnt mind if danny ainge tries to trade him.

iam really dissapointed with this team right now, i really hope that something happen and we can turn this thing around because the past 7-8 games this team is showing no heart , no intensity and no execution.

they better be ready for wed cuz if we play like today we will be blown up

YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. So you start your post off with "I wanted to wait and see what happens for the next few days"? That's TEXTBOOK reactionary. If you needed to wait 3-4 days to see if Ray Allen is "really that good" instead of looking back at 10 YEARS of all-star basketball ... then you need a little perspective ...

Honestly these posts are maddening.

Perhaps you should have continued to keep this all bottled up inside...

Its called a shooting slump, come on. Its a totally different team for him, he is still trying to find his rythem. They have all had there ups and downs, it was bound to happen.

I think trading a 32 yr old player making $17mil/yr for the next 3 years while he's in the midst of a slump is a wonderful idea. Buy high, sell low. Brilliant thinking.
