The irony about Tony Allen

This isn't even an average offensive team since the Pistons game...thanks to mostly decent defense we're still playing .500 ball since then, whee. Tonight is the worst game I've seen all year, against a team that is playing nearly as badly as their record.
The problems on offense are two: the utter disinclination to shoot anything but a jump shot, and the tendency to idly pass the ball to a defender, or just directly out of bounds.
Tony Allen is one of the only ones who will take it the hole, it seems, but whenever you put him in, for every time he takes it to the hole, he'll throw the ball away. You just have to hope the balance between aggressive play and utter, CRIMINAL carlessness with the ball goes in your favor; if not nail him to the bench.
Is it so hard to get Rondo to take it to the hole, and move around, or to remember that Kevin Garnett is a skilled offensive player who should look for his shot? All anyone does is stand around. I kind of think it starts with Rondo, but it should end with Garnett.
