DDB is so right. The guy sucks, Mbenga, Esteban "The Beasta" Batista sucks, as does The Birdman.
This obsession with Mbenga is approaching Luke Walton love.
And the birdman is not the answer either.

With KG and Perk out, I don't know why the Celtics wouldn't want to give a NBDL guy like Rod Benson (12/12) a 10 day contract, though. If for no other reason than to give Powe and Davis someone to bang around with in practice I think he'd be worth a look.
No, he couldn't stick with Washington, but they have Haywood and Etan, plus a couple of other big guys waiting in the weeds, so Benson not sticking doesn't surprise me. Benson and Powe know each other, and appear to have been friendly, so I doubt bringing him in would disrupt chemistry or anything like that. If he couldn't take the 12th spot on the bench, then after 10 days we send him back down. It wouldn't even cost the C's much money...and it's Wyc's money not ours, so why not?

You're preaching to the choir here, friend. But there are those out there who have not seen the light.
It's not looking very promising. At least, I haven't heard a thing about Andersen lately. He'd be a great fit here. If Perk is out for extended period, though, I think we'd need more size. Andersen is more of 4 than a 5.
