Big Baby's explosiveness

Post#1 » by celticdude69 » Mon Feb 11, 2008 8:15 pm

Is it just me or does anybody else notice big baby showing some signs of explosiveness? I think I've seen him slam it down hard a couple of times the last few games.

I do remember Clifford Ray saying before the season that big baby needs to work on his explosiveness.

i would say it is probably the result of the Nba level training regimen

his body, by this point in the season, is probably the bets shape he has ever been in in his life

it will be great to see him next year, if he is as dedicated in the weight room as say perk is

If he can even come close to changing his body like Perk and Al did during their first offseason we are in for a treat.

I don't think he should lose too much more weight. Maybe 10-15 pounds. I just think he should turn more of it into muscle and work on his conditioning. He is gasping for air out there sometimes...
