Perk was good but like he said at halftime, on offense he just finishes what the others create for him. I'm more impressed with his rebounds and blocks than with his parade of layups.
RONDO HAD A CAREER HIGH 16 ASSISTS. To me, that ends the discussion.
As an aside, KG made a couple clutch shots late, but Tommy is right -- he's got to get some closer looks where he can at least draw some contact. When he misses a long one, (a) we probably won't get an offensive rebound, and (b) the other team can fastbreak out of a long rebound. Thankfully KG is pretty money out there, but he can be money inside, too. Maybe you can't teach an old dog new tricks but I'd really like to see him using his size and quickness down low with the game on the line.
Decent win. It was only close for about 30 seconds.

I didn't watch the game.
From the box score, it looks like Richardson abused him in all phases. What happened?
I'm not criticizing his defense, which to his credit he's given good effort all season. But in the half court, his 0 FTAs had nothing to do with the refs not giving him calls. He was happy taking jumpers all night when he got the ball. And standing or walking around on the perimeter with his hands on his hips when he didn't.
Baylor is Brat.

Pierce has had 2 good games out of the last 7-Portland and LA. The rest have been poor. He played hard on D last night although you wouldn't know it by Jrich getting 30 but he had to jack up 25 shots including 13 3 point attempts to get it. I was bothered by Pierce walking up the court, not taking the ball to the whole and just generally looking like he didn't care. At one point Doc got into the whole team but Pierce in particular. I expected to see some fire from him after that but it never came. I don't know what's going on with him but hopefully he gets going soon. I think he decided to take it easy for a while; maybe he's hurt but he was clearly loafing on the offensive side of the ball last night. he also didn't rebound worth a crap last night. He had basically hte same kind of game against cleveland in part because Lebron intimidates the helll out of him
