OT: Denver 84, Seattle 58... at halftime

Post#1 » by SuperDeluxe » Mon Mar 17, 2008 2:14 am

This is just crazy. The Nuggets scored 48 points in the second quarter alone. Will they reach 150? 160? We are now taking bets, ladies and gentlemen.

Same here. It even looks like Durant is having a good game.

5 Minutes left in the 3rd Denver hit 100

"The highest aggregate score in an N.B.A. match is 370, when the
Detroit Pistons (186) beat the Denver Nuggets (184) at Denver,
Colorado, USA, on December 13, 1983. Overtime was played after a
145-145 tie in regulation time."

127 at the end of the third. It's like Paul Westhead's Nuggets team from the 90's.

Now the final question: will Denver be able to reach 168 (i.e., double the points they scored in the first half)?
