Coming Through a Little Late on My Prediction
The Boston game felt like a playoff game to an extent.

Not the atmosphere though, sometimes it got a little bit loud. I thought Game 1 of the season up there was more like a playoff atmosphere because they had so much going on and that crowd was just crazy.

Our crowd didn

Arenas wasn't the reason we lost those games. So I don't know why he's giggling.

Wasn't game 1 the game where the C's blew them out while they were full strength with Arenas?

If so, then I guess he can expect the same blow out in the playoffs, if they make it to the second round.

Even thought this is impossible since both play in the East...

Reminds me of the kids in my dorm when I was in college who always pined for a Yankees-Red Sox World Series matchup

Cavs-Wizards is a 7 game series

I hope the Wizards pull through. Badly want to see them go up against the C's. KG and Pierce would just take that series to a level we haven't seen.

And, I just don't want Boston to face LeBron in the 2nd round.

He wasnt even in game 2 and 3. And werent those games down to the wire? I seem to remember Boston blowing game 3.

Also, even when the Celtics had nothing to play for (not to say they didnt want or try to win) They kept with the Wizards during that last game, they just couldnt get over that 5 point hump, WSH kept hitting those 3 pointers. Had the Celts needed the game the entire game plays out differnt.

At this point, I want to play these guys, otherwise there gonna continue to talk about how much better they are, even if the Celts win it all they will still say they didnt have to play WSH during the playoffs.

I bet the Celts beat them in 5

So if I get the Wiz logic straight, if they can't even make it out of the first round in order to face us, and we end up winning it all or at least coming out of the East, they are better than us since they took 3 of 4 in the regular season, even though 1 game we blew and 1 we didn't care about. Yet they couldn't even make it out of their playoff series, that's how great they are...

I see, Wiz fans...

No. Cleveland won't make it past the Wiz. I would love to end up with them in the second round though.

I wonder if the NBA has any plans to do a playoff commercial with Gilbert Arenas reflecting on all of his regular season accomplishments, and about how ever since he was 9 years old, he's always dreamed of beating the Celtics in 3 out of 4 games during the regular season (even if he was injured for 2 of the wins and a bench player for the other one.)

That's the kind of stuff that legends are made of. :nonono:

If Washington beats the C's in a 7 game playoff series--that would mean they beat us 7 times this season...Celtics cannot lose 7 times to anyone in 1 season in this league.

Thanks for the bulletin board material Agent 0!!!

To be fair, Celtic Nation did murder him after the first game of the season.

And I don't blame Arenas for being happy about his team taking 3 out of 4 game against the Celts. When the Celts were getting swept last season, no one really boasted about it. I guess this means Boston's been pretty darn good this year.

He deserved to be hated on after he came out like a cocky moron and predicted how the Celtics weren't going to be celebrating a victory, so you might as well just cheer for Gilbert

Arenas can use up his energy now. I don't think he can handle pressure in the playoffs with his big mouth.

I love Gilbert Arenas. This guy is hilarious. Good for the NBA.
