I'll start this a day early. I can't wait for the playoffs to start. I, along with many here expect big things from this team. But, I believe Paul, Kevin, and Ray expect even more from this team as this is what they have been waiting for their whole careers, a viable chance at a TITLE!!!
Garnett for all that we have seen this year will be the emotional leader for this team and show that he has another level of intensity that the fans haven't seen. Anything less than a championship for this guy is a total falure in his book.
Pierce is going to be the solid old Pierce that will bring a defensive side that we haven't really seen from him. Paul knows that it is time to put his name in next to the rest of the great Celtics players of the past and carve his own name in.
Ray is going to be the X-factor for the this team's title run. His scoreing will pick up and could essentialy be the MVP of the post season for this team. As he goes, so do the rest of this team, because when he is on, this team is hard to beat.
It's time to put the season behind and get on with what they have been waiting for. It will surely be a much more happy playoff season this year for all of us fans.
