Please people, calm down and stop trying to find excuses.
We have Rondo, House, Tony Allen threads. We have Doc is worst play off coach ever threads. This is insanity. Do you seriously have a doubt in your mind that we will finish this series in 6/7 games.
Hawks are the definition of a young team. These teams play inconsistent and sporadically good/great BBall.
Hortford and Smith can both put up 20/10 on any given night. Joe Johnson is an all-star, and Bibby hasn't had allot of time to gel with the team as of yet.
Yesterday, the Hawks, a younger, more athletic team, played suffocating defense and forced us into sub 40% shooting.
All season long we had trouble with more athletic youth oriented teams, aka Wizards, Hawks.
Calm Down

I agree, I think this is just a bad matchup for us. Plus, while the reffing was bad for games 1-3, it was bad for both teams. Last night was atrocious, however...a true display of "home cookin'" if I ever saw it.
That being said the C's deserved to lose, but I don't see the Hawks winning on the road. They *were* a decent home team this season, but only won 12 roadies.

It's still 17 to 11!!!!
