Where did the big three go?

Post#1 » by Collinto » Sat May 3, 2008 3:12 am

So where is our MVP, KG? He is Mr. Fn Intensity during the season...why doesn't his play follow him here? We are supposed to have three All-Stars...where did they go?

This is the biggest cock tease team ever...all those 'haters' knew something we didn't all along.

What a waste this team is. Ubuntu my azzz.

Sadly, I agree. PP was the only one of the Big 3 that showed up:nonono:
Unfortunately he fouled out. Perk did a nice job too.

Rondo, KG and Ray were really disappointing imo.

In game seven, just give the ball to PP and get the hell out of the way!

This is also their first playoff series together where the games actually matter, just pointing that out.

I think most Celtic fans are feeling the same thing. Win Game 7? So what? All season long they pull out big games on the road and now can't beat a 38 win team there and get outplayed in the 4th quarter every time.

KG is pathetic. Your down in the game, facing the basket within 5ft and you pass up the shot multiple times down the court, and in each case resulting in a turnover. Way to be the man....C's are done! Deja Vu 2005 C's vs. Pacers....

Why is it pathetic...as long as it isn't a playoff game, KG isn't going to defend himself anyway...

he's an overrated, loud-mouth punk....history proves this...

KG is not pathetic. However, I was disappointed in him in this game. I really thought he would step up. He doesn't like to work in the post, that is clear. Pierce is going to have to be the closer for this team.

what, are you just a homer who's afraid to call it like it is? KG DID NOT step up and HE IS pathetic. He hasn't stepped up in any of the 4th quarters in Atlanta. He has 5ft shots and passes the ball off. That's not exactly being a leader. Leaders take charge; they don't defer to others to lead the way.

how could Rondo get him the ball if KG isn't willing to make himself open - - did you see the whole 4th quarter? KG wasn't willing to take ANY shots when he had the opportunity...he was passing up 5 footers!!!!! Tommy was even talking about this after the game and Tommy has never ripped on KG before.

I think you need to convince KG of that, not us...

he screams loud during the season and gets lots of attention, but ends up being a punk...

The TEAM did not step up, including KG but calling our best player pathetic is just simply cruel and a back stabbing remark. The team played like pansies out there, everyone except posey. KG should have took those shots, but hey the guy didnt think it was best for the offense. The last thing he wanted to do was take a tough turnaround (that has never seemed to work in the clutch, believe me ive seen in plenty of times). KG tried running it the way the celtics normally do, and hey it didn't work. Win the next won and call it a bad series.

But dont call your best players pathetic

KG is probably a better three point shooter than Rondo. He would have hit the rim at least.

champions take tough shots...champions demand the ball...kg stayed back and let Rondo of all ppl shoot it...he isn't pathetic but he seems to be lacking in the heart and will to win area...he's supposedly a top 5 player in the league and he doesn't want to take the game winning shot?
