The "spread the wealth" offense doesn't work in the 4th quarter when it is a close game.
The NBA has changed where teams now have to have that "closer" late in the game.
We can't "run our stuff" in the 4th quarter because the Hawks won't allow it.
So the key adjustment we have to make is give the rock to our best closer and its either Pierce (if he isn't fouled out) or KG.
The Lakers have the best closer in Kobe and the Cavs have the 2nd best in Lebron.

I actually agree with this. I don't think it'll get us very far, but the incentive to sag of other defenders has to come with overproduction in the post. KG isn't doing that. He's GOT to force the issue, even if there are people open sometimes. It's just a part of playoff basketball. I hope Doc is telling KG this, but I'm not holding my breath.
