I love Leon but I would do that trade in a nano-second.

Why would you make this trade ? T-Mac who is ALWAYS injured and has back problems all the time. Bobby Jackson who is an OLD man nowdays. No thanks. At least with Pierce I can count on him to play night in and out. And who says Ray Allen sucks these days ??? Please refrain from using SUCKS word when it comes to Ray Allen. The guy is a future HOF for sure and the success Boston had in the regular season has A LOT to do with Ray Ray being here.

Rockets would never do that trade! PP for Tmac would be a lil better for them, that would be one interesting Boston team though with McGrady, PP and KG.

All I know is that the Rockets need to move T-Mac. I would take RA and a couple of young players.

Baron Davis is a much more intriguing piece than T-Mac. If I'm looking to move Ray (I probably wouldn't be) it'd be for B-Diddy.

How about if we get PP, Big Baby, and a 1st rounder and you guys get T-Mac and Luther Head.

No thanks, Ray Allen or bust. T-Mac is to much of an injury risk to trade PP for him.

How could a logical C's fan say no to that trade...what a major talent upgrade! The argument would be that T-Mac does not fit in well with the other players. I could see him being much more of a pass first in Boston's scheme and then taking over more so than Allen could in the playoffs. McGrady could take over in stretches more so than Allen ever could and is a better defender. The age difference is also a huge factor when considering this deal.

Jackson off the bench suffices the holes left at the backup 1/2 spot. The C's could re-sign Tony Allen for cheap and go after a solid backup 4/5 next season for part of the MLE...Kurt Thomas would be nice.
