What do you think of this line of reasoning...

Post#1 » by DJToLarry » Wed May 14, 2008 4:42 pm

Listening to a national media radio show and they were talking about the Celtics fourth quarter struggles, and they blamed it in large part to the Celtics not having played together for years like the Spurs/Pistons. I have heard this before but I thought I post and see what people thought.

How long does it take??? They played pre-season, regular season, almost two playoff series along with practices. They didn't really have major injuries taking away from the gelling time. I just have trouble buying this line of reasoning. After a full year of playing together, they still don't know how to play together??? I just don't buy it. There may be other reasons for the Celtics failings, but I don't think this is a good one.

The shots just aren't falling.
2 of the big 3 are having trouble fining easy shots.
Lebron is on Paul and we all know how Paul struggles against him.
So that's fine.
But Wally on Ray should be a ridiculous match up.
Ray can't buy a bucket against Wally?!?!!?
Now that's a mind blower
