We are winning game 7. Happy now?
Teams in the second round are 22-2 (both losses came down to the last shot) at home and we are 6-0 so far this postseason.
So we had a couple of game 7's along the way to the eastern conference finals. Big deal. Makes it more exciting.
The refs screwed us royally yesterday on the road so its time for some home cooking.

Blahhh. I'm still nervous for this game. If Cleveland can hack around the rim like last night with no calls it's over.
Oh and how come the Celtics have played every other day, while other teams get more time off? We played last night, and then play tomorrow. SAS and NOH played on Thursday, and play again on Monday? How the **** does that make sense?

When have we ever gotten any home cooking????
What indication has there ever been that the NBA wants a Celtics/Lakers final, or even that Stern isn't completely against any success for the Celtics????
Sure we have a good chance to win given that we have played well at home, with the crowd and everything...but this optimism that the refs will be on our side, when they haven't helped at all with any of the previous 7 home wins, is just ridiculous. LeBron will continue to have a parade to the line, but if we play decent as we have at home, we can overcome it.

I do think we'll win, but it's definitely not a lock like it was vs. the Hawks. The Cavs took us down to the wire in game one and led by double digits in both game 2 and game 5. Granted, they blew those leads and we SHOULD beat them at home but this is different than round 1. The Hawks simply never came close to competing with us while at the Garden, the Cavs have even if they are 0-3 at the Garden.
I'm not so sure we'll get the home cooking one might think, either. Despite the claims by other teams fans that Stern is going to make sure there's a Lakers/Celts final, we sure don't seem to get many calls. The Cavs had over 40 free throw attempts in the Garden last time (and they deserved many, we hacked Varejao intentionally because we knew he sucked at the line and didn't want to give him a layup--but still, 40??? While at the Garden???).

You can never be sure with Lebron.
Don't you think Detroit thought the same thing last year?
After going up 2-0, Detroit lost games 3 and 4 on the road.
I'm sure Detroit thought they'd get game 5 at HOME but Lebron dropped a hot 48 on them including 23 in a row.
He just needs one hot stretch and it could be enough to put the Cavs over the top.

Momentary lag, and the NBA might be trying to tune up the teams to be on silmilar scheduals so they can have an ECF and a WCF game on every night.
If we dind't have ATL take us to game 7 there might not be a one day overlay for the other teams.

Yes! We will win tomorrow! And I am sick of reading how we should be afraid of Lebron James. Break his hand if you need to shut him down. I have had enough of this fear of Lebron! I was pissed when the players look scared in a couple games and now I see that the fans are the same!
We are the Boston Celtics! We play in the Garden! We will win game 7!!!

The difference between Cleveland and Atlanta is defense. Right now, Cleveland is arguably the 2nd best defensive team in the playoffs. I haven't seen a team make us shoot 38% from the floor this season. They did that to us. Game 7 is nowhere near as sure as the Game 7 against Atlanta, but I'm still hoping the C's pull this one out.
