(nightmare offseason for Washington)

Jamison and Arenas both decide to chase rings, Antawn to Boston and Gilbert to Cleveland for the MLE.

Clearly, both are too young and have too much money to make for this to be anything but a pipe dream - the Wizards will keep both for big money, I guess that will put them in luxury tax land and handcuff them. Interesting that Butler has kind of become their best player. I wonder if we could ever make a run at Haywood?

If we lose, I hope Cleveland wins the title. Interestingly, Detroit is the one team I hope doesn't win - I actually kind of like them but I live in Detroit and couldn't stand seeing them win it all in what felt like it should be our year. I'll root for the Lakers or Spurs against them in the finals even. And obviously for the Hornets.

My perspective would make a little more sense if I had mentioned that I'm originally from Cleveland, am a Browns and Indians fan, and the Cavs are my 2nd favorite NBA team...

i thought you were going to purpose a Wally,West, 1rst rounder trade for Ray Allen.

Ray gets a team where he will be able to get his shots and we get one player that can occasionally hit a shot

:o
