One of the best duels ever in NBA history
The Cavs played their hearts out, it was good to see Delonte still doing what he does which is leaving every last ounce of blood, sweat, and tears on the court
Cavs fan here

Congrats, Celtic fans. It was a great series, and your team did what it needed to do at home. Good luck in the ECF.

1988 continues with a 7 game win over Atlanta and a game 7 EC Seminfinals duel with a win.
Come to think of it, wasn't the first round opponent in 1988...nope it was the Knicks. Was that the year Jordan had the shot against Cleveland, or was that '89? That was a terrible memory.
Anyway, I'm glad the 1988 analogy breaks down a little, since I fear that the final result could be similar. (That's why I was hoping Houston would make it to the finals to have a better re-enactment!!) Anyway this isn't the time to worry, just to breathe a sigh of relief.

Congrats to you guys as well.
The Cavs have a very good team. I hate to see what James could do with another all-star.

Seriously, we better get our runs in now before Lebron is a 26-28 year old and gets some help besides him.

From a Bulls fan and a long time KG fan, Congratulations and I hope you guys win the 'ship this year.
And also I would love to see a Duncan vs Garnett matchup in the Finals by the way.
And to the above poster LeBron at the age of 26-28 sounds scary already.

Oh. Well, take it up on with your mods. Whoever that was obviously deserves to be at least warned if not suspended. But, no reason to put it on here. Most Celtic fans here respect the Cavs and are very thankful that we don't have to worry about them anymore.

Great series!!! Wow, the Celtics were lucky to escape that one, but I'll take it!
Props to the Cavs and their fans for being super-classy throughout this whole series!!!

Hell, forget help. If he had a consistent J we would be out of the playoffs. Once he has a few more years to get that down he won't need help.

James has a lot of Michael Jordan in him, from the arrogance to the strength that allows him to just rip steals to the questionable outside shooting early in his career.
I fear that he really will evolve into a Jordan-class player.
