It's just so cool that Pierce is linked to Red this way. In fact, he's the only one on the team who has any ties to Red and I'm so happy that Pierce understands and recognizes his importance. Even if Red had nothing to do with that free throw, it makes me want to give Pierce a hug for being such a classy, loyal Celtic. And you know one thing's for sure. Red is smiling and lighting one up in heaven right now.
