Do you guys think all the big 3 will actually retire as a Celtic. Pierce will for sure...what about KG and Ray Allen.
I know SOTA will retire KG's number, can we also retire his number ?
Also Ray Allen. If he continues to struggle in Boston do you see him being moved ?

Ray's got a big salary to trade for what he's showing the NBA in the playoffs.

I don't care one way or another if Ray stays or goes on this team. As long as they move him to the bench and start Tony next year I will be happy. With the Ray, Paul, and KG getting older we need more youthful legs in the lineup. Tony will be back to pretty much full health and won't need the leg brace next year. If he can be 3/4 of what he was before getting injured last year this team won't miss a beat putting Ray as 6th man, it will probably make this team stronger.

KG and Pierce will retire as Celtics, IMO. For Ray, I don`t know. I think when he is expiring there will be some opportunities out there that Danny will have to explore. A big contract like that, a pick and a young player could net us an allstar caliber player. But until then I think Ray can help this team a lot. He will show his worth in the eastern and hopefully NBA finals...

Agreed.
I saw Ray being more confident and aggressive last night...I think he's due to bust out of it any day now...I predict a good game 2 from him,

I am with JVG. Someone needs to get in his face and yell at him. He is what a six times all-star? He is basketball Jesus. Doesn't he remember that?!?

Too bad we don't have Antoine around to do that...

Ray saying that about Rondo was unfortunate, although to be fair Rondo played like shite in game 6 and only slightly less so in game 7.

but if ray, a 7 time allstar, cant get around wally szerbiack (who we all know too well), then there are bigger problems than we think.

I lost what little respect I had for him when he chucked Rajon under the bus. His has been the only ego that needed to be rubbed this year and the only one who's ego has shown itself on the court to cause a problem.
I thought before the season that his ego would possibly be a problem and I thought he had gotten past that but if a 66 win season and trip to the conference finals hasn't made him happy to be one of the guys then nothing will.

I think Ray is taking a lot of unfair stick over that comment, though. If Pierce or KG had said the same thing a lot of y'all would have no problem with it...

I don't think he chucked Rondo under the bus..... but it did come across that way. I think he was merely asking for his point guard to help him out because he is in a slump.

I love Ray Allen, but I do not love the scared fraud that had been running around in the playoffs wearing Ray Allens jersey and playing like a woman.

Really? I saw him turning down wide open shots, showing almost no space discipline, poor decisions in the pick game, etc. Any player without Ray's pedigree would have been benched a long time ago, imo.
