Agonizing...we SHOULD be up 3-0!!!

This is not a complaint thread, as anyone who knows me will tell you, I am an almost homerish optimist when it comes to my teams. However, after the game we played in game 3, I was excited yet simultaneously bumming because I kept thinking that if we hadn't pissed away game 2, especially in the 4th quarter, we'd be up 3-0 on the Detroit Pissed-Ons.
Anyone else feel this way?
Oh well...let's win game 4 tonight and finish this **** in 5!!

I was thinking about that, but then I just spun it around and convinced myself it would be 2-1 either way (just so I don't get upset when I think about it). The Celtics came out knowing they practically HAD to win, so maybe that's what pushed them over the edge. If it was 2-0, it probably would've been Detroit playing with that urgency.

^^Good point. Maybe it's better this way since we got our groove on the road back. Will only help us in the long run

Maybe would have been better for Detroit not to push us to do this... The PO doesn't begin until there's a win on the road...

Exactly what I thought. If the Cs won game 2, I think there wouldn't have been the same urgency--and necessity--to win on the road.

Which in the long run helps us more.

I was also thinking we could be up 3-0, but like everyone one said, that changes how our boys carry themselves in game 3. While we are playing the what if game, we probably should have lost game one of the Cavs series to Lebron. If that happens then maybe we lose to the cavs in 6, maybe not.

we could have broken the bulls record too...
could be's & what if's are a dangerous road to travel
i understand where your coming from, but i try to stay away from them, what happened happened and hindsight isn't going to change that
