No, his tech really cost him it. I mean this game did come down to free throws, what if we lost by 1?
Ray allen for sure was the mvp.

Wow, I am actually coming around to the idea of Perk as a legit low post presence on offense. Just a tremendous game by him today. If he keeps it up, and Rondo gains consistency, I am pretty optimistic about the next few years - even if it doesn't work out this year, we should be stronger next year. The biggest thing with the road woes is Rondo's inconsistency; hopefully that should improve with another year of experience.
I also would like to take some credit for Ray's good game - I bumped the "He Got Game" soundtrack while working out before the game, including songs like "What you need is Jesus", for good luck.

How did Perk get a T when he had his back turned and was half way downcourt anyway????
Is it because the NBA wants a Celtics/Lakers finale so bad???
The refs are weird this series - they really alternate back and forth between being pretty fair to us and completely screwing us.

Yes, Perk has plenty of ability to develop an offensive game, hopefully he keeps working with Clifford Ray and keeps improving.

Do the same thing next game!

I have always loved the way Perk plays, but today he was just phenomenal. If he can maintain some consistency with his play, we have a great young center. I truly think Perk has a decent low post game (which he displayed today), that fade away on the left block with McDyess on him was great (no hesitation). He just needs more confidence in his moves and games these magnitude help out a lot.
