Or you could say that the Celtics have not beaten the Lakers in 24 years, right?

I just hope the LA fans are as good as the Detroit fans. They were great this series.

The Lakers fans aren't as loud as the Pistons fans.
That's probably because theres loads of movie stars loading on the bandwagon in L.A.

I'm not sure what guy I am...but

It's funny that there are NO players on either Team that were born before any of the first 7 of the Boston vs LA Playoffs, so I don't see the historical significance.

I mean you think Pau or Sasha care one rats-behind about the NBA in the 60's?

I love the fact that the Laker's are sitting pretty high on their throne, even though they've yet to play a Defense like the Celtics. I don't expect the C's to shut down Kobe. However I expect him to get about 27-30 PPG but on bad FG %. The Celtics are in the finals again for the first time in god knows how long. They're going up against the team they hate the most. The crowd is going to be crazy. The arena in Boston will just give the team too much momentum to lose. Rondo is way too fast for Fisher. Ray Allen moves around so much that Kobe's going to really get tired trying to guard him. Pierce is going to eat Radmanobitch alive. KG by himself could take on Odom and Gasol so it's doesn't matter whos guarding him. Perk is too strong for Gasol. My prediction at the beginning of the ECF was that whoever won the east would win the title.
