CELTICS - LOOKING REALLY STRONG

Post#1 » by rambo_ortega » Mon Jun 9, 2008 3:37 am

First of all, our defense in the finals has just been fantastic. we look so mighty out there on the defensive end. we body up on every laker whenever they try to go to the basket. our perimeter defenders are doing a good job on cutting off the angle of kobe's drive. and to add to that, our big men makes the softness of the lakers front court evident. powe, perk,pj and kg are muscling their way on defense, offense and most importantly rebounding.

just in this game 2, powe is the main reason why we have a great FT advantage. he has been so aggressive that's why the lakers big men end up with soft slapping fouls. whenever we attack the basket, the lakers just slap instead of playing strong defense that's why we have such an edge on FT attempts.

our rebounding is plain SOLID.

We look strong, tough and mighty against the lakers that's why we are coming out o top. If the C's can continue to take advantage of their strength then welcome #17.

and the best thing about the celtics is that they play hard defense every night with the ability to score on any given possession.

Uh huh. Well guess what? We have home court advantage. We don't need to win even one game on the road as long as we win at home. :P
