Will we? I say yes, I still think the pressure is on Boston, I see PP having a huge game along with KG and Ray Ray.

I hope we do, but I think game 3 goes to the Lakers. The teams w/o home court usually win the game 3 at home, after losing the first 2 on the road.

Probably not, as LA knows they are completely 100% done if they do lose and they'll come out with crazy intensity.

Game 3 on the road when you are up 2-0 is always easily the toughest game of the series to win. Home teams role players step up at home while role players usually don't do too much on the road. We'll really need KG to find his shot, Pierce to keep doing what he's doing and Ray to be on fire in order to win. Probably will need 70ish from them to have a chance, I think.
I think we get either game 4 or 5 and then close it out in 6.

Well if you believe in Jinxes you could say that, but you could always vote for no

I am going to be bold and change my earlier prediction and say yes, we win game 3. I think even with the biased reffing, our D and LA's lack of D will be the difference.
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

No. The way they ended the game last night i believe the lakers will come back and win game 3 but will lose game 4 and most probably win game 5.

After Phils bitching in the press conferance I heard the over/under in vegas for freethrows for the lakers would be around 37 in game 3.

If that happens and the Celts do play there type of D Doc will need his whole roster to win and if I am not mistaken we no longer have Pollard the mountain man to dress for a game.

Even if the refs go hog-wild, if the Celtics keep their composure and just play their game, I think that they can still pull it out.

It also helps that the Celtics have been hitting their jumpshots like crazy. I sure hope that that continues!

I bet my house that LA wins by 10+ and they shoot 15+ or maybe even 20+ more free throws!

It's the NBA. Would you expect anything different?

I just think we have too much talent for LA, Pierce is step by step with kobe if not ahead and KG/Ray are more reliable then Gasol/Odom.

+1

You have to assume that LA will do everything in their power to win the next one. My guess is we will win one of the other two but we lose game 3.

I know I am supposed to think we will lose game 3, but from what I have seen these past two games, the Lakers aren't all that. We have great defense; they just play crap defense! And our team can compete offensively. So that leaves the C's being better.

Like I said, I know I'm not supposed to think this, but it looks liek we can just shut them down when we want to...

It would take a superhuman effort from our entire team - with nearly EVERY guy being "on" to beat the Lakers in game 3. The league itself is rooting for them..and the refs will carry out those wishes..

Except for Garnett, so the jumpshots have evened out.

I'm with this dude and I'll be way happy when we come back to the garden to win it all.

These Lakers are very good and it's going to take 150% defensive pressure to beat them as Q4 showed.

Celtics win a close one tonight, 104-102. Lakers one game away from elimination.
