Positivity, Effort, and No Excuses

Post#1 » by Brooklyn Zoo » Thu Jun 12, 2008 3:26 pm

All we need tonight is positivity, effort, and no excuses.

This team has talent, skill, and heart. They play together and they have a good chance of winning. No refs, no defense, no Zen can stop them if they decide to win the game.

I am excited for Game 4. Go Celtics!

That's a good outlook, but I'd venture to say that the team came with all of those in game 3. The main problem was a lack of execution on the offensive end. They had some trouble getting into the offense, and when they did get good shots, they weren't falling.

The Celtics are CLEARLY the better team. In fact, they even looked like the better team in Game 3. Yea, LA has the best player, but player to player... The Celtics outclass LA. I didn't know this until I actually saw them line up against each other and play.

There is NO Excuse to lose this series. If the Celtics lose 3 in a row in LA, then something is up.

They had exactly the right combination. I never gave up hope. I never fealt like this game was out of reach, and neither did the C's. This was a thrill to watch.
