I have had enough of KG`s terrible offensive play! This is the finals and he is playing horrible! An absolute joke! When he gets the ball down low he can`t do anything! He is playing like a pussy! He looks like a role player on the court who is in there just to set screens for Pierce.

Does the guy want a ring or not? He needs to step up in game 6 because so far in the finals he has been an embarrassment on offense!

It is reactionary! I obviously don`t think he sucks but on offense he has been TERRIBLE! He needs to play better! He needs to step up!!!!

Not concerned whatsoever. He was totally taken out of his game because of the foul trouble, which was bothersome to me but I doubt it happens at home. I will say this though, late in a game I do not want Kevin shooting free throws. He just thinks WAY too much up there. Ray, Paul, Sam, Eddie, any of them are preferable.

PJack alluded to it on another game, KG is exhausted in the 4th. I thought he had no legs.

Bull! He is calling it the way even a blind man can see it. KG sucks in big games and tonight was no example. He has no balls. He commits stupid, momentum killing fouls, takes himself out of games, gets pushed around in the paint, doesn't grab any big rebounds, can't finish strong around the rim and ALWAYS comes up small when it counts. And his defense on Gasol was as bad as Gasol's defense on anyone all series long.

But he definitely more Pippen than MJ.

And I think the graphics and promotions of the Celtics should be Pierce and Kobe, not KG and Kobe.

It will be interesting if next year Pierce is the one with the MVP votes, instead of KG.

I have to say myself, KG did look gassed. The Celtics were playing their 25th playoff game last night I believe, more than any team in NBA history, so I would not be shocked if the rigors of the playoffs and Garnett's super-intense nature have finally worn him down. Despite this, I expect a very good game from KG on Tuesday in Boston. Playing at the Garden makes him a whole different animal. He just runs on adrenaline for the 35-40 minutes he is out there. Like I said though, I don't want him taking my team's FTs with the game on the line, unless he has had 8-10 trips already to the line. Coming in cold to the line with a World Championship to think about, you just knew KG was going to psyche himself out.

He just needs to react quicker when he gets the ball in the post. Now he waits for Gasol to put a body on him and with his frame he just can`t back him in. He needs to use his quickness and explosines, he must play to his strengths not weaknesses!

Just wait til we get back to the Garden. KG shoots 56.5% at home vs. 51.4% on the road. He somehow manages to play even MORE amped up on defense at home. His teammates are much better shooters at home, and the crowd will definitely intimidate the Lakers and most likely prevent them from getting out to the fast starts they've gotten out to the last two games.

Get some rest guys, wake up tomorrow, and realize that this team just got a little tired at the end of the game tonight playing a team fighting for its life. Even with that, I think we thoroughly outplayed them but just failed to execute a few plays at the end- Pierce getting the ball stolen and KG's FT misses being the key spots that stick out, but also KG and Pierce getting their 5th fouls on consecutive plays to really hurt our defensive pressure.

C's will close it out on Tuesday and raise up #17 to the rafters. Even Lakers fans would tell you that game brings them almost no confidence that things will go well back in Boston, only that it prolonged the death march. The lack the defensive pressure and interior presence to consistently stop the Celtics. Unless Boston becomes epically bad at executing in the 4th quarter, it'll be darn-near impossible for LA to win a game here.

I'm really disappinted that KG missed those FT's. He didn't have a good game, but I'll blame the refs for BS calls on him early more than anything. We still have 2 shots for him to play well and help us get the win.

Like I said, KG maybe the reason we GOT here...

But Pierce is the one who will win this for us. He took over this game, shut down Kobe last game, the shoot out with Lebron...he just put up 38/6/8 on the road in a series clinching game. KG has proven himself to be the best #2 in the NBA. And that's not an insult, it's fact.

And to say he's the ONLY reason we got here is crazy and disrespectful to our captain...let alone the entire team philsoph of ubunto...

We went something like 9-2 when he was out and that was no fluke. I find it pathetic how people are so desperate to provide cover for this guy. He makes 25 million dollars. He's not supposed to wilt like this, certainly not in the Finals.
