Minnesota trades the draft rights to the third pick, O.J. Mayo, to Memphis in exchange for the draft rights to the fifth pick, Kevin Love. In addition, Minnesota will receive players Mike Miller, Brian Cardinal and Jason Collins. While Memphis in turn receives Antoine Walker, Marko Jaric and Greg Buckner.

Walker can't be thrilled about this. He goes from one lottery team to another lottery team. Both teams are young and rebuilding. This doesn't look good for Walker who has three years remaining at $9.3M, $10M (team option) and $10.8M.
