I think i read up to 3 mil max.

In the past, I've seen $3 million for even a late first rounder (the max cash that can be in any trade) and $3/4 million for one particular second-rounder trade.

The maximum that can be paid under the CBA is 3 million thats the going rate for a first, less for a 2nd rounder.
