Summer League?

I just went on the site for the Vegas summer league and apparently we aren't included in that league this year? Are we going to have a summer league team or are we just going to skip it? I would like to see some of J.R. before the season, same with Walker but I'm assuming he'd be excluded due to the surgery he'll be getting.
