So here's the story of my incredible day... I went to Martha's Vineyard (Edgartown) for the parade with my family as we do every year (my dad marches for a fife and drum band)... So anyways, the day's going as usual, same as every year. Just hanging out with family friends, waiting for the parade to start. Anywho, we wait near the road and I'm sitting down and my Mom says to me that she overheard someone say Ray Allen is here... I jumped up. Then I saw a couple people heading in the direction where he was, and I BOLTED. I have never ran so fast. After almost taking out two little kids and pushing over some old folks, I see a firetruck with who else on it? Mr. Ray Allen, Wyc, and the trophey... My jaw DROPPED! I went up to them both and gave Ray a pound and shook Wyc's hand. I thanked both of them and Wyc said back to me "no, thank you!"... I thought that was really cool, haha. Wyc also said "nice shirt" to me as I was wearing my champion shirt. I stood within spitting distance of them for probably 45 minutes taking pictures with my cell and just staring at them in awe, haha... it was a blast. I went to the rolling rally, but this was just so unplanned and random that it just made it so freaking cool! I just tried to put pics up from my cell, I'm trying to still figure it out, so I will eventually, haha, thanks for listening to my story!
