Not much has been reported about this, which maybe is a good thing. But here is a little info on the coaching staff in today's Globe.
Ainge's next order of business will be to settle the contract situations of Rivers and assistants Kevin Eastman, Armond Hill, Mike Longabardi, Clifford Ray, and Tom Thibodeau. Ainge said the entire coaching staff is expected to return.

Good news, especially regarding Thibodeau. Boy, was I worried he'd bolt to a head coaching gig earlier this offseason.

That's welcome news. I don't really know what Eastman, Hill, and Longabardi do, but I'll sure be glad to bring back Clifford Ray for our bigs, and Thibodeau for our stellar defense.

I believe Eastman is our shooting coach and I'm sure about the other two's specific roles.

Bringing back Thibodeau is more important than Posey was. I'd like to keep as much of our successful recipe together as possible.

I think Hill is in charge of the offense. I've never heard of Longabardi before and he's not even listed as part of the coaching staff on celtics.com...I would guess he's the head video coordinator/scout.

Great news.
It's a good thing we won this year because if we would have been bounced early in the playoffs, then I'm pretty damn confident that Tibbs would get a starting job someplace else.

YES! I'm so happy that TT is returning.
Our defense will continue to be stellar hopefully.

Yeah, it's imperative that those two names return to the coaching staff. Especially, now that the team has O'Bryant. He'll meed all the help he can get to turn his career around for the better.

I'd like to give some credit to Eastman with his incredible job with Rondo's improved jumper last season. Can't wait to see where Rondo starts shooting from this season... 4 pt shots!?!
Also exicted about Cliffy and TT returning next season. Ainge is on a roll...
