Glad to hear that you're okay, at least!

PS Boston does kick ass (aside from being too damn expensive).

It could be worse, you could live in San Diego. An expensive city with wild fires AND earthquakes. No thanks

It was pretty scary. I'm about 15 miles from the epicenter. I was working from home, keeping an eye on RealGM of course, and it felt like someone drove a truck into my apartment building. The whole floor shifted forward and it got all loud like the studs were banging against the walls or something.

I ran right the F out the front door and by the time I got to the bottom of the single stairway it had already stopped.

A lot of people around here described it being even more violent, so my building probably absorbed it somewhat.

San Diego is so beautiful, though, it does have positives. The fires are scary out here too, but at least you know its coming and can run away. That's why I never understood people trying to "ride out" a hurricane. Run away!

I like Boston, but the weather out here does kinda rule.

An earthquake and the Angels make a big trade in the same day!?! I'm going to church.
