Wow, couz is older than dirt! Happy B-day! I'm currently reading a book he wrote in 87 or 88 w/Bob Ryan, "The Celtic's Mystique." Quick read, has some interesting insights on Red and Bill Russell, worth the read for the hardcore C's fan. He spends some time complaining about Danny Ainge taking too many 3's and hurting the offense, though that was pretty funny. Maybe I'll throw in a couple quotes later, got to head to the store now.

Happy Birthday to the classiest Celtic alive, along with Bill Russell. I don't know if anyone else ever notices, but I find it somewhat endearing how he always refers to Red as "Coach Arnold".

Happy Birthday Couz, just think 80 years old and he's still probably better than Sebastian Telfair.
I also love how he refers to Red as Arnold or Coach Arnold when he talks about him, just shows the respect he has for him.

I know most of us never got to see the "old" guys play....But we would not be the same kind of Celtic fan(atics) that we are if it weren't for Cousy,Russell,Heinsohn,Hondo,Satch,KC & Sam, etc....Thank God for these guys building the Foundation---or we'd be just any old franchise.

Definitely agree, I've never seen them play obviously (born in 1990)... but I've certainly watched as much old stuff as I can... Definitely something that when you watch it, you can feel the hairs on the back of your neck stand up.
