J.R. Giddens/Bill Walker

Hi everybody,

just wondering IF and WHEN Ainge is going to sign a deal with our rookies!

I think we need Giddens as backup at 2 spot. I would be quite disappointed if we would not sign him!

I would be quite surprise if we did not sign Walker too because the owners paid some money for him...besides we need him as a beckpu at 3 spot, therefore why we shouldn’t propose him one year deal at least?

They'll both be signed, there's just no rush. Danny's probably hitting some golf balls or spending some time with his family or hooked up to the vodka I-V, it's summer. Giddens is a given to be signed as he's a first rounder, and as you said the team payed to get Walker's rights so it's unlikely that he doesn't get signed also.

There is no big rush, a week or two before camp opens Ainge will get this done. I am sure he is waiting to see if any f/a are out there, sign them and with the left over money take care of JR and Bill.
