That is, does the odds of you getting tickets for the games you desire to get decrease with this. Or were your chances slim and none regardless as people pre-ordered already. I'm thinking I better be prepared to be diappointed. There's two games specifically I've in mind to attend. But, after reading on CB... They might be already sold out.

Anyone out there who doesn't have any tickets yet plan to make an attempt to purchase some tomorrow?

BOSTON - Individual game tickets for each Celtics home game will go on sale Friday, September 26 at 10 a.m. Fans will be able to purchase tickets online at Celtics.com, by calling 1-800-4NBA-TIX, or by visiting the TD Banknorth Garden Box Office or any Ticketmaster outlet. Due to overwhelming demand, fans are strongly encouraged to order early to increase their chances of securing tickets. Random number distribution will begin at approximately 9 a.m. at the TD Banknorth Garden Box Office for fans choosing to purchase at that location.

I actually won the lottery... I had #117.... I showed up at 1am and they kicked me off the site and handed me a flyer stating there would be a lottery... There actually were 5 people there before us... I was #6 and my buddy was #7.... all pissed off that we drove 40 minutes away to camp out we fell asleep in my car and woke up a little late 8:45ish.. we ran in line grabbed a bracelet... We were very disappointed with the whole system in which I was the 117 person in line, even though truthfully makes no difference... I started giving all the security guards a hard time and telling them to draw a #... so i could go home...thinking I was screwed since I started to watch the line get dramatically bigger as the minutes rolled on... Around 9am... the drawing took place in the beginning of the line... I actually didnt know what # was called... until the security guards that I had been pissing off started walking closer and closer to me down the line... I asked anyone in front or in back of me if they knew what number was drawn... I heard #117... I didnt make the connection that it was me until I said to myself... Imagine if im #117.. as I looked down at my bracelet the guards laughed and gave me congrats... I walked by everyone in front of me with my buddy .. as I heard a round of boos from the people who vitrually got screwed by the system... and proceded to the front of the ticket window... FOX25 interviewed me and my buddy and I have to stay.. this is one of the best and luckiest days of my life.. THANK YOU GOD... BTW... I grabbed CLE LAL POR tixs.. and my buddy grabbed CLE LAL NOH tickets... not bad at all

A few years ago, when a friend and I decided to spring for some season tix, everyone made fun of us, and I could barely give them away... Now I got people lining up! Oh yeahhhhhh!

Yeah, that word "random" kept translating inside of my head as meaning: Screwed. I wasn't going to do it to myself.

That's awesome to the dude that got those tickets. You should have done a Ric Flair strut and his classic whoooing.
