OT: Help with a fantasy team

Hey guys!

I'm in a 10 team fantasy leage. I had the 7th pick in the 1st round .

Here is my draft:
1st round: Shawn Marion
2nd round: Elton Brand
3rd round: Jose Calderon
4th round: Chauncey Billups

Do you have any tips, some advice, how to make my team the best in the league?

When I played fantasy, I had rules of thumb on the order of:

Blocks, 3PTers, and steals were each worth 12-20 points.
TOs were worth negative 12-20 points.
So were made/missed FGs vs. a 75% FG average target, and made/missed FTs vs. an 80% average target.

Just calling them all 15 points each worked pretty well.

I forget the assist and rebound conversions.

I used to dominate my leagues in 6 of 9 categories (or 5 of 8 if TOs didn't count). I rarely did well in points, but that hardly mattered.

I'm starting a 14 team yahoo league. Standard cats, H2H, and league votes on trades. Looking for serious active managers only. Check out the league if interested. Live draft is this wednesday at 7:30 eastern time.

Hey, I set one up last week. It's 16 teams with 5 slots still open. I have the draft late so we know of any trades or injuries ahead of time.
